NON-Silicone Release agents

FORMULA 5 (NON-Silicone Release agent)

Multi-purpose, Light Duty release agent

  • Silicone-FREE DRY FILM for release of fine detail plastic and rubber mouldings
  • Particularly effective for injection moulding and vacuum forming processes
  • Does not build up in the mould
  • Operational up to 150 deg C
  • Will Not interfere with post moulding treatments e.g. painting, plating or sticking
  • Avoids surface marking
  • Clean and colourless
  • Improves surface finish
  • Reduces rejects and increases production

FORMULA 7 (NON-Silicone Release agent)

Multi-purpose, heavy duty release agent

  • Silicone-FREE heavy duty film for release of Plastic and Rubber mouldings

  • Operational up to 170 deg C
  • Will not interfere with post-moulding treatments e.g. painting, plating and sticking

FORMULA 9 (SILICONE Release agent)

Silicone Emulsion Spray

  • A unique water-based Silicone Emulsion spray
  • Ideal for foundry and Lost Wax Casting, also (where fast carrier evaporation is not important) for plastic and rubber moulding, sewing, foam converting and upholstery applications
  • Improves surface finish and increases production
  • Good heat resistance (Up to 150 deg C)

Heavy duty lubricant for ejector pins

  • Clear, non-staining lubricant
  • Withstands extremes of pressure and loading

  • Effective as a heavy duty lubricant in all engineering applications
